These Terms and Conditions explain your rights and obligations relating to the purchase of the pzizz product (“Goods”). Please read them carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these except if the two are inconsistent. If this is the case then these Terms and Conditions will override any other rights which you may have, unless this is not permitted by law.

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the Goods at the price set out in the order which includes charges and delivery.
You allow us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying the Goods (including passing your details on to couriers and other subcontractors) and for contacting you for marketing purposes. You may ask that your details be removed from our system by writing to pzizz service centre, Island House, Arthur Street, Barwell, Leicester, LE9 8AH or via e-mail at customercare@pzizz.com.
We are not obliged to supply the Goods to you until we have confirmed by e-mail or otherwise that we have both accepted your order and that it has been couriered to you. No contract will exist until we have dispatched the goods.
You do not own the Goods until we receive payment in full.
We can refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not payment has been received, providing we give notice of non-acceptance or cancellation to you by e-mail or otherwise. If we refuse to accept or cancel an order after payment has been received, the full amount of such payment will be refunded to you.

We aim to deliver Goods to you within seven business days of you placing your order but we cannot give an exact delivery date. If we have not delivered the Goods within 30 business days of you placing your order then please contact customercare@pzizz.com or call 0800 7812 507.
You must ensure that the delivery details in your order for the Goods are complete and accurate.
We shall not be liable in any way to you because of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
The Goods will remain free from defects in materials or caused by workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase.
You should inspect the Goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you discover that any of the pzizz product items are missing, or are damaged or defective, you must as soon as possible return the entire contents in their original packaging to the pzizz service centre address as set out in 1.2, together with a written explanation of the problem and the date of purchase. The pzizz product will then be replaced or repaired at our option and returned to you.
The descriptions and illustrations contained in this website or any price list or otherwise communicated to you are intended merely to present a general idea of the Goods, and nothing contained in any of them shall form any part of the sale contract between us and you.
We may make any changes to the specification, design, materials or finishes of the goods which are required to conform with any applicable safety or other statutory requirements.
We advise you to print a copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order for your information in the future.
Any contract between us shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. All dealings, correspondence and contact between us shall be made or conducted in the English language.
All payments must be made at the time of placing the order by credit card. We accept major Credit Cards. If we are unable to accept your order then we shall, at our option, either not debit your credit card or refund any money paid by you in respect of that order.
You have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund if, and only if, the Goods have not been unsealed by you. You must inform us by e-mail to customercare@pzizz.com if you wish to cancel within seven business days, starting on the day after the Goods are delivered to you. If you choose to cancel then you must return the Goods to us at your cost and risk and we advise you to ensure the Goods are adequately insured during the return journey. If you have not returned the Goods within 14 days of cancellation or when requested by us to do so, whichever occurs first, we can collect the Goods from you at your cost.
The Goods are sold to you for your personal use only and on terms that the recorded matter in the Goods (the copyright in which belongs to us) must not be copied or used for or in any public performance or broadcast.
