Getting the most out of pzizz in the shortest possible time…

1) When using the ‘energizer’ / ‘relax’ module, we recommend that you use pzizz for at least 20 minutes for the first few uses. This will give your subconscious time to make associations with the structure of the program, especially the ‘intro’ section, which will enable you to enter the desired relaxed state more quickly with subsequent uses.

When using the ’sleep’ module, we suggest you start off using it for an hour each night.  After you’ve used it for a few nights you can try using it for shorter periods of time.

2) If possible, you should try to use pzizz every day for at least 7 days. The body responds well when it has a routine to fit into. You can use your pzizz as many times a day as you wish.

3) Although not essential, try and get into the habit of using pzizz around the same time each day. This will enable your subconscious to maximise the effects of pzizz and help with the circadian rhythms of the body and can also improve night time sleep patterns.

4) Don’t think about the process. Allow the pzizz program to flow through its course. The less you think about the combination of music, sound effects and words, the more easily the subconscious will be able to absorb them and elicit the desired state resulting in the wonderful effects pzizz can have.

5) When you use pzizz, give yourself the best chance of not being disturbed. Try to be in a position that allows you to relax completely.

6) Once you have used pzizz a few times you will find that the program is more acceptable to both the conscious and subconscious. Although quite noticeable during the first few uses, the conscious will become familiar with the process and the voice during the middle of the program will become unobtrusive.

7) Remember, the more you use pzizz the better it gets. With continued use of pzizz, several benefits are achieved. The subconscious hears the ‘ident’ with the intro and makes a strong association. This means that not only can you quickly enter a deeply relaxed state but also you will find that even a very short pzizz session will have a wonderfully beneficial effect. pzizz has a compounding effect on the subconscious so it knows what it wants to achieve, which in turn means it can do it better each time.
