I love this product because when my mind is full of everyday stress and junk thoughts, pzizz helps clear it away by relaxing me. I don't know what i would do with out it.

If it was not for this program i would be on Ambien sleeping pills.

Now that i've learned to relax and use breathing techniques i can fall asleep fast without the pharmacy. I would recommend this program to anyone who shares the same problems.

Now that i started using it I don't really need it any more but i love it so much that i use it anyways.
