I discovered pzizz after reading an advertisement in a Mac magazine (I don't remember which).  I decided to go to the pzizz website and learn more about it.  I downloaded the trial mp3 and tried it out; I was impressed!

I had heard "sleep tapes" before, but pzizz just blew them away.  The background noise was more sophisticated than anything I've ever heard, and I soon found after purchasing the program (which was a no-brainer, given the extremely generous student discount) that the endless variations meant that the pzizz tracks I listen to would always remain fresh.  Great price, and a great value!

I take power naps with the Energizer tracks on an as-needed basis.  I fully rely on pzizz on any day in which I have not had a full night's sleep (which is at least 7-8 hours for me).  If I have less than 7 hours, I know I can have a quick 20 minutes with pzizz and I'll feel more adjusted and alert for the rest of the day.  I never thought I'd say this, but it's also great for hangovers: sometimes after a hard night of drinking, what I really need is a quick nap to stabilize my system.  After my pzizz I feel (almost) ready to take on the day!

I've also found that the regular Sleep tracks are wonderful for any night that I'm having trouble falling asleep on my own.  It's great to know that I can always rely on pzizz to help me get the job -- that is, sleeping -- done.
