‘pzizz relax’ 1.1 has just been approved by Apple!
Well, it’s taken a while, but the first updates of ‘pzizz relax’ have just been approved by Apple!
So, if you’re one of the people who was shocked by the alarm, or less than thrilled by the wallpaper background in version 1.0, I hope you’ll be happy with what we’ve done.
We wanted to do a quick update so that we could address people’s comments as soon as possible, and that’s why there are only two new alarms sounds (”Bells” and “Tibetan Bowl”) - but we have now got five new background wallpapers (”Dock”, “Ocean”, “Rowboat”, “Sunrise” and “Water Drop”)
Grab your update if you haven’t already - it’s available via your iPhone / iPod Touch or your iTunes account - and it’s free!
Then, please, if you haven’t already, please take a moment to rate pzizz on the iTunes Store - it really will help us if others can see what you think of pzizz…
We’re about a week away from finishing ‘pzizz sleep’ and will then be looking at implementing some other ideas we’ve had for the next update of ‘pzizz relax’.
Best wishes - and happy pzizzing!
edward

This is just what I’ve been waiting for - no more jumping out of my seat on the train when the alarm sounds… and the wallpapers are beautiful.
Very nice job guys.
I bought the original Pzizz player device with it’s single relaxation module, and I’ve been waiting for the sleep module to arrive ever since (how many years is it now?). Now it looks like it may actually arrive in my iPod while I still have my hearing

Hi Dave
Thanks for your feedback - delighted to hear that you’re enjoying the new alarms and wallpapers!
(Unfortunately, our manufacturers *and* MP3 suppliers went bankrupt and we weren’t in a position to find new ones and start again, so new modules never became available for the handheld unit)
With any luck, you’ll have pzizz sleep on your iPhone within the next four weeks (assuming Apple doesn’t take more than 2 weeks to approve it!)
All the best

I literally can not wait for Pzizz sleep! I bought relax on a whim couple of months ago and used it some what recreationally in times of high stress but this week it has been my saving grace. In Australia at the moment we are having temps of 38*c and above of a night it is only dropping to around 20. I have been an insomniac for as long as I remember so the heat just makes it worse. This week however I also have a chest infection and up until I had the bright idea to use pzizz I hadn’t slept in 2 nights thanks to the tightness in my chest and the coughing. Since taking my ipod to bed with me, my other half says my breathing has slowed and I am not coughing as much. All I know is I am getting 6 hours sleep because I am to sick and tired to wake up when the Tibetan bowls go off. I can not hype this product enough and will be first in line the day it’s released to the app store! Please finish ’sleep’ soon. I am counting on it.

Hi Aimee
Please rest assured that we’re working on pzizz sleep as fast as possible, but we’ve had some technical issues to overcome - making sure that the layers of music and words actually worked together was, for some reason, proving more problematical than with ‘pzizz relax’ - we also needed to make sure the fade at the end of each session worked as it should.
I’m please to tell you that we hope to submit it to Apple by the end of the week and we then expect it take another 2 weeks to get through the approval process.
I’m so sorry to hear what a tough time you’re having of things at the moment, but delighted to hear how much it’s been helping you during the hot period you’re currently experiencing.
We won’t sleep until you do!
Best wishes
edward
