Handy hints to get the most out of your pzizz!
- We recommend that you use pzizz for at least 20 minutes per session for the first few days. This will give your subconscious time to make associations with the structure of the program, especially the ‘intro’ section, which will enable you to enter the desired relaxed state more quickly with subsequent uses.
- If possible, you should try to use pzizz every day for the first week. The body responds well when it has a routine into which to fit. You can use pzizz as many times a day as you require.
- Although not essential, try and get into the habit of using pzizz around the same time each day. This will enable your subconscious to maximize the effects of pzizz and help with the circadian rhythms of the body. It can also improve night-time sleep patterns.
- Don’t think about the process. Simply allow the pzizz program to flow through its course. The less you think about the combination of music, sound effects and words, the more easily the subconscious will be able to absorb them and elicit the desired state - resulting in the wonderful effects that pzizz can produce.
- When you use pzizz, give yourself the best chance of not being disturbed. Try to be in a position that allows you to relax completely, turn off the phones and tell everyone to leave you alone for however long you’ve chosen to pzizz!
- Remember, the more you use pzizz, the better it gets. With continued use of pzizz, several benefits are achieved. The subconscious hears the ‘ident’ with the intro section and makes a strong association; this means that not only can you quickly enter a deeply relaxed state, but also you will find that even a very short pzizz session will have a wonderfully beneficial effect.
